natalie and nate’s engagements

meet natalie and nate.  i just did their wedding this month and i know i should have blogged them sooner, but i have kind of been saving them.  i wanted to post something incredible with the new launch of my logo and everything (i have a lot of awesome new stuff in the works) … and i thought these totally fit the bill.  these are some of my favorite pictures i have EVER shot and not to mention the most incredible couple ever!!! oh my gosh!  they are totally awesome.  their bridals and wedding were TO DIE FOR and i cannot wait to share them with you. nate is the brother of one of our best friends, tyson.  tyson’s wife anne did my logo.  so if you need a new logo give her call!  also,  nate does my hair.  it is cool having a “hair dresser”  i have never had one before and i will have to post some pictures of my hair. someday.  but on to the pictures…. if you like them leave me some love!!!

i just wanted to wish all of the dads out there,  especially my dad and husband, a very happy fathers day!  i have the best dad ever and am so much like him in so many ways.  i love you dad and hope your day is the best!  to chris,  thank you so much for being a wonderful dad to my beautiful little girls.  chris really is so amazing and ALWAYS puts us before him in everything that he does.  he treats my girls (and me) like the princesses they are and he is so protective of them.  i feel bad for the guys who fall in love with them.  ha!  so thank you chris and dad,  for being so amazing!!

erin and jordan got married last month at the union station. their wedding was fabulous!  erin has been such an amazing bride to work with!  she is so easy going and even when the  judge was  an hour and a half late, she didn’t freak out (too much).   and thank you melissa for coming along with me for the day.  i always love to work with other photographers.  we had a blast! now on to the wedding….

Suzanne Simon: Wow, I loved these! The ones with the sun blasts were so creative! I also loved the one where you see her face upside down with her eyelashes as the focal point. You are so gifted at posing your clients! Oh, and yes, her eyes were amazingly sparkly, but then so are YOURS!

angie and luke’s engagements (+indie)

angie and luke are seriously awesome!  i am so excited for thier wedding next weekend at the market street grill!  i promise lots of great pictures!  we did their engagements out at antelope island and the next day i woke up with mesquito bites all over my legs, arms and hands!  ahhh!  i counted 14 on one leg alone!  they were insane!  they brought their son indie with them to get some pictures with him as well and he was pretty much the entertainment for the night.  it was so much fun watching him.  boys are SO different then girls!  he cracked me up!  he kept calling brock  “the rock guy”   i don’t know if it was because his name sounds like rock or he was just cool like that, but it was hilarious!  i tried some different editing on some of these.  let me know what you think!!! oh and i have SO many more sessions and weddings to blog so please keep checking back!  i promise not to disappoint!

Brock: Indie was awesome. I'm pretty sure he was my best friend for about and hour. I think the eighth shot down needs to be made into a gigantor canvas somewhere!
